In partnership with HaShomer HaTzair, the Fund supports this initiative, which brings young adults recently released from the army to kibbutzim in the Western Negev. The program provides guidance, fosters meaningful engagement, and helps participants integrate and establish long-term roots within the kibbutz communities.
