On October 7, 2023, at 06:29 a.m., our lives changed forever.

Twenty-two kibbutzim along the Gaza Envelope were attacked by Hamas and other terrorist organizations. Members of these communities were murdered and kidnapped, their homes destroyed, and their communities devastated.

Thousands lost their lives, hundreds were abducted, and entire kibbutzim were left in ruins.

Once-thriving communities in the western Negev became blackened landscapes. Homes were destroyed, paths obliterated, and green fields turned to ash.

Since that morning, the Kibbutz Movement Rehabilitation Fund has stood beside its members, responding to their every need. The Fund has been a vital partner in helping 22 southern kibbutzim rise from the ashes. Over the past two years, it has provided continuous support and guided communities through their journey back home.

We will continue to provide help wherever needed, restoring the western Negev kibbutzim and ensuring their members receive the support they need to rebuild their lives.

The western Negev will once again become the cherished paradise it once was.

Help us rebuild the south now
